Charity ‘Smartie’ Collection

Well done to the following classes - 1A2 / 2A1 / 2M2 / 5C2 / 6A. These classes have collected the most money during the Smarties collection. As a school we have raised just over £250. This means each charity will receive £125, as well as home made mince pies kindly donated by the Home Economics Department.
The pupils we have chosen to hand over the cheques and mince pies to the Five Ways Club (Age Concern) and Boomerang:

Under 14 Football

Morgan recorded their third consecutive victory in the League last night. They defeated Baldragon 5-3 at DISC. The match was played in very cold conditions and both teams did their best to make it an enjoyable spectacle for the dedicated fans who braved the bad weather. Morgan also did their best to keep the match exciting and to increase the stress of the management team by letting a five goal lead slip near the end!
It has been a fantastic 100% start this year and we hope to continue our fine form into 2009.

Eco Group Meeting

The Eco Group will be meeting Every Wednesday at 1.10 in RE1 until the end of term. New members always welcome.

S6 Charities Committee

There will be a meeting for all members of the S6 charities committee in RE1 1.15 on Friday 5th of December.

S4 Prelim Exams

The above exams begin on Thursday 4th December. There is a special assembly on Wednesday 3rd December to discuss arrangements and highlight behaviour and conduct throughout the exam period.
